At 11SIX24 Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all protective covers and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
